Grievance Procedure
A formal approach that is followed when a complaint is made by an employee to an employer about a workplace situation. Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory
Frederick Herzberg proposed that a motivated employee is one who is a satisfied employee. He identified two classes of satisfaction: Dissatisfiers (classed as Hygiene factors; these are demotivational) and Satisfiers (classed as Motivators, or Motivation factors).

An idea generation and problem-solving technique which involves the problem or issue being explained and defined as clearly as possible. This may, for example, involve the use of flow charts or product specifications to help create ideas. Idea Screening
An idea generation and problem-solving technique which involves identifying and creating a range of ideas to address a particular issue or problem, which might be through brainstorming, brainwriting, or similar and hopefully a large number of ideas will be created.
Inclusive
A workplace that is inclusive is one that provides an environment in which employees feel valued and respected. An inclusive workplace is one in which discrimination and inappropriate behaviours are better understood and this reduces the likelihood of these issues arising.
