RotoSweep 
A make of tractor pulled, PTO driven dual axle rotary sweeper, which can be used to remove hollow-tine cores, grass clippings, leaves and soft litter. The tractor power needed for this machine is a maximum of 45 hp, with the PTO operating at 540 rpm. The collection unit, which is a 2.5m3 hopper, can be emptied by raising up through the use of a hydraulic system. An optional scarifying unit can also be attached. It is manufactured by Imants.
RTC
A make of 24hp ride on power unit with a centrally mounted, 2.0m or 2.73m (RTC Plus model), linear brush for use on synthetic surfaces. The sides of the brush fold upwards to allow for easier storage and it is manufactured by Redexim.
S Series
S8, S10, S10: A brand (Trilo) and range of 3 models of tractor PTO operated vacuum (leaf and similar) sweeper, requiring a minimum 70 hp (51 kW) tractor. The hopper collection capacities are 8m3, 10m3, and 12m3, with a 4m suction hose. It is manufactured by Vanmac BV.
SG450
A brand (Trilo) and model of tractor PTO operated vacuum sweeper, requiring a minimum 45 hp (34 kW) tractor. It weighs 1240kg, has a hopper collection capacity of 3.7m3, with a working width of 1.5m. Optional fittings include a gulley brush. It is manufactured by Vanmac BV.
SKR
A wet cleaning system with a front mounted unit with rotating brush and high-pressure wash bar. It can be used to either clean moss and algae from synthetic surfaces, or for the removal of contaminated material, especially sand infill from a carpet. It has a working width of 1.5m and a 500mm diameter rotating brush. A rear tank with pump is used for both clean and cycled dirty water. The tractor requirement depends on the pump capacity, ranging from 38hp to 55hp. It is made by Harger Maschinen.
SKU
A cleaning system with front and rear mounted units: 3 Pro models and 1 Basic model - (the Pro models are mounted either way, whilst the Basic model is rear mounted only) - with several powered rotating brushes, air flow generator and sieves for cleaning synthetic surfaces. The models are numbered 1200, 1500 (Basic and Pro) and 2100, with working widths of 1.2m, 1.5m and 2.1m respectively. A 4mm diameter gap sieve is provided with the unit, with optional ones being available in 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm and 8mm diameter gaps. The minimum tractor requirement is 15hp for the Basic model and 20 hp for the Pro models. These are made by Horger Maschinen.
Smart Sweep
A pedestrian operated powered rotating brush, for use on hard and artificial surfaces, with 4 different models: 800; 800E; 1000, and 1000E; having working widths of 800m and 1000mm; with or without electric start (designated by the letter ). These are manufactured by Texas A/S, a company in Denmark.
Speed Brush
A make of compact tractor or utility vehicle towed grooming brush, weighing 181kg, with two contra-rotating brushes. It can have either soft bristles for finer turf surfaces, or harder bristles for artificial surfaces and denser / longer natural turf surfaces. The maximum working speed for these brushes is 15 km/h, with a working width of 1.4m. This enables a maximum area of 21,000m² of to be brushed per hour. It is manufactured by Redexim.
SSS 1000
A small trailed side wheeled powered rotary brush, with mesh filter, for regular use on synthetic surfaces. It has a working width of 1-metre; it is manufactured by SISIS.
Sweeper
A rotary brush connected to a frame which collect sweepings such as surface debris and leaves. A sweeper might be a hand pushed item of equipment; mechanically powered; or towed behind a power unit such as a tractor.
