Risk Perception
A subjective judgement or value decision, which is made about a risk; in particular the perceived likelihood of harm being incurred from an action or decision. Personal bias, often influenced by persuasive, yet often inaccurate, and emotional arguments and inferences, will frequently distort the perception of risk.
