Auto-Roller
A range of ride-on rollers, originally designed in the 1920s, with 2 models, each with a front and rear roller, for use on cricket pitches. They are powered by variable speed hydrostatic transmission from a diesel engine. The 3 feet (0.915mm roller width) model is 1200kg (unballasted) to 1600kg (ballasted), producing a ground pressure of 4.8 to 6.6 kg/cm2; and 4 feet(1.22m roller width) model is 1675kg (unballasted) to 2175kg (ballasted), producing a ground pressure of 6.5 to 8.7 kg/cm2. They are manufactured by Autoguide Equipment.

Greens Pro 1260
A ride on roller, with a 5.5hp engine, 1.2m working width, weighing 284kg and a maximum speed of 8mph. It is manufactured by Toro.
Motorol
A make of pedestrian motorised roller, 8cwt-10cwt, 30" wide roller; originally manufactured by SISIS pre-1970s.
Multi-Roller
A 3-unit roller attachment, having a working width of 5.4m, or 1.8m, with a weight of 650kg. It is manufactured by GreenTek.
Poweroll
A make of a range of hand operated and ride on powered rollers.

Select-A-Vibe Rollers
A vibrating roller unit, which replaces the cylinder mower units on a triple mower. Each unit is 55.9cm in width, giving an effective rolling width of 1.5m. It is manufactured by GreenTek.

A roller typically hand operated, that has two rollers.
Target Rolling
The rolling of a golf green only around the location of the golf hole to improve green speed / rolling distance over the last few metres for a ball when it is close to the pin.
Tru Turf
A make of turf rollers (https://truturf.com), primarily for golf course use, consisting of several models, including:
• RB48-11A ¯ Greens roller. Ride on with a 1.2m width (2 units each with tri-rolling heads of 600mm width), with an operating weight of 321kg, providing a ground pressure of 3.5psi and a working speed of 0 ¯ 9 mph. Optional slitter, brush and spiker attachments are available.
• RB70 - Greens roller. Ride on with 3 units, each 610mm width, with an operating weight of 365kg, providing a ground pressure of 3.7psi.
