Sports Dressings Range
A range of top-dressings, sands and rootzones produced by Bourne Amenity.
• Artificial carpet sand: Kiln dried USGA: Medium sand = 50%; Fine sand = 13%.
• Baseball Dressing: Baseball diamond gravel.
• Contract Rootzone: 5mm screened, 70:30 (sand:compost).
• Divot mix: 50% BS3882 topsoil and 50% medium washed sports sand, screened to 5mm.
• Dried Sports Sand: SS01: Medium sand = 58%; Fine sand = 14%, screened to 2mm.
• Fine Turf Dressing: Kiln dried - 70:30 blend, screened to 2mm.
• Rootzone: Sports dressing - 5

Sports Sands Range
A range of sands produced by Bourne Amenity. The percentages of sand particles falling into each grade will vary slightly depending on sampling date, so a general guide is given.
Fine and Medium Fine Sand
• Grade C: Medium sand = 46%; Fine sand = 29%; pH = 5.7.
• RH65: Medium sand = 42%; Fine sand = 54%; pH = 7.0.
Medium Sand
• Grade E: Medium sand = 55%; Fine sand = 17%; pH = 7.0.
• P2O5: Medium sand = 49%; Fine sand = 19%; pH = 6.7.
• RH37: Medium sand = 57%; Fine sand = 19%; pH = 7.1.
• SS01: Medium sand = 58%; Fine sand = 14%.

Sports&Turf
A sandy topsoil for use on sports surfaces. A typical analysis is:
• >2mm = 0.5%
• 2-1mm = 3%
• 1-0.5mm = 14.4%
• 0.5-0.25mm = 35.8%
• 0.25-0.15mm = 21%
• 0.15-0.05mm = 15%
• 0.05-0.002mm = 5.5%
• <0.002mm = 4.8%
• 1.34% organic matter
• 0.2% CaCO3
• 1.69 g/cc bulk density
• 2.66 g/cc particle density
• 13mm/hr hydraulic conductivity
• 36.5% total porosity (5.1% air-filled porosity; 31.4% capillary porosity; at 30cm tension)
It is produced by British Sugar Topsoil.
Super Compost (SF60)
A soil improver from Soil Fixer, which includes biochar (20%), colloidal humus (40%), compost (33%) and a range of nutrients (7%: 2% Trace / 5% NPK).
TS Range
A range of topsoils produced by Bourne Amenity.
