Power Skills

A different term that is sometimes used for Soft Skills, although they are the same thing.

The use of the word ‘power’ instead of ‘soft’ is sometimes seen to offer a more dynamic interpretation of these essential skills.

Whether this rewording is effective in highlighting the importance of some skills or in attracting new or more people to apply for a job role or engage in a career within a specific industry may ultimately depend on the nature of the job role or the career being promoted.
