Image shown for entry if relevant and present

A surfactant that is applied to a grass sward and which typically coats the grass leaves with a water repellent layer. Dew is unable to form on a sward whilst the layer is viable, which might typically be 1-2 weeks, although heavy rainfall or regular mowing can reduce this period, whilst less frequent mowing and prolonged dry conditions might extend the period of effectiveness. The use of dew dispersants, especially at times of the year when fungal disease pressures are high, might be considered as part of an integrated turf management plan, helping to reduce the need for fungicide applications.
