Claxton's Learning Power
A theory of learning which identifies characteristics which help engage with a learning process and can also provide a foundation in approaching lifelong learning and continuing professional development.
There are 4 groups of learning power:
1. Resilience, which focuses on attentional aspects of learning.
2. Resourcefulness, which focuses on knowledge and understanding.
3. Reciprocity, which focuses on social aspects and engaging with others.
4. Reflection, which focuses on developing insight and self-management of learning.
