An uncommon Perennial grass, with the scientific name of Puccinellia distans subspecies borealis, (previously Puccinellia capillaris). The leaf is Flat or rolled, having a typical width of 1-2mm. The Ligule is Membranous, being 0.5-3mm in length; Auricle?: No. Growth type is Tufted.
