A tractor operated, PTO driven, item of equipment which has tines penetrating into a soil and which agitate the soil to break it up and cultivate it. A power harrow may also typically have disc blades, or a dimpled roller implement attached to help create a finer tilth. A power harrow will typically be used after ploughing or subsoiling as a form of secondary cultivation.
