These are the requirements that learners need to meet in order to achieve success in the learning outcome/s in a course, qualification, unit, module, lesson or topic.

Assessment criteria provide objective descriptions of what is needed. This helps tutors and trainers to develop schemes of work and lesson plans in delivering the learning requirements of the course to learners.
