Self-Management Skills
One of the many Employability Skills. These can include controlling your emotions and behaviours, being focused yet at the same time not ignoring people when asked a question or requesting help.
Other aspects can include timeliness: attending meetings on time, keep to scheduled tea and lunch breaks, complete tasks on time and meeting deadlines.
Good time management skills contribute to efficiency and effectiveness; within a workplace this is a definite positive attribute and contributes to smooth operational activities.
