Weeds: Large-Leaved advert image shown if present

Image shown for entry if relevant and present

A structural quality performance standard which states the maximum amount of large leaved weeds, as a percentage, in the surface being maintained. This was previously called broad-leaved weeds, but this would have included small weeds such as Black Medick (Medicago lupulina) because of the more circular type shape of the leaf. A manager of a site might name certain large-leaved weeds as being of particular problem for their surfaces, for example, broad-leaved plantain, narrow leaved plantain, daisy, dandelion, etc.
