Zeolite

A granular bulky material which can be applied as a top-dressing to a turfgrass surface to help reduce fertiliser nutrients being washed out of sandy soils. It can also be used as a partial substitute for sand within soil profiles to aid drainage and soil porosity. It is a hydrated alumino-silicate mineral formed from the interaction of lava and saltwater.
