Work-Based Diploma

A qualification, at Levels 2 and 3, which superseded NVQs as the main competence-based qualification and which acted as the qualification requirement for the Apprenticeship Framework at the time.

These diplomas consisted of a range of units with practical skills activities as well as knowledge requirements.
