An item of equipment which is used for marking out using white liquid paint, or similar, material. The liquid material is held within a container in which a wheel rotates as the marker is pushed forward. This internal wheel picks up the liquid material and typically transfers it onto a dimple roller which then transfers it onto a front wheel roller which then makes the line. The process is known as Wheel Transfer.
