Image shown for entry if relevant and present

The route which water takes on a synthetic turf surface. Water will typically either, 1. Run off the surface to perimeter drains; 2. Flow down through the infill and through the nearest hole within the carpet backing material and into the base layer; 3. Flow through the infill, both vertically and horizontally in response to a compacted infill and eventually to a hole which hasn't been clogged up through any contamination and then into the base layer.
