Terraplane Rotor

A make of fraise mowing unit which is used to remove a turf surface to a depth of up to 50mm. The blades, which are rectangular metal sharpened blocks, are offset in a spiral around a cylinder to ensure complete surface coverage is achieved as the cylinder rotates. The number of blades on a cylinder range from 36 to 75 depending upon the working width of the model used. For use on the Koro Field Top Maker (FTM).
