Solid Tine

A narrow metal spike, of varying thicknesses and lengths. Solid tines are used for routine aeration. They are well suited to drier and compact conditions as they can better penetrate these conditions more so than can slit tines. Solid tines are also used in heavy duty equipment carrying out decompaction work.
