These Regulations primarily apply to petrol / fuel stations which people use for filling up their vehicle with fuel. Regulation 3 states that they do not apply to (a) a workplace except one(i) used, or intended for use, for the dispensing of petrol; or (ii) within the curtilage of domestic premises;
