Image shown for entry if relevant and present

A bar or lever typically present on pedestrian operated equipment, which acts as an engine safety cut out when the bar or lever is no longer being held up against a handlebar, or similar feature, by the operator. If, for example, the operator fell over whilst using pedestrian equipment, their hand would let go of the OPC and this would then spring back to its starting position and cut off the engine.
