Groundskeeper

An individual maintaining natural or artificial surfaces, which may be amenity or sports surfaces.

This was more of an American term, however, due to it being a more appropriate gender-neutral term in place of groundsman, it began to appear more widely within social media and job adverts in the UK in about 2019, and by 2024 has almost replaced the terms groundsman and groundsperson. It is sometimes also termed Groundkeeper.
